Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by BB Sped spol. s r.o.

2. Scope of Services

BB Sped spol. s r.o. (“Company”) provides road freight transport, logistics, and related services within the Czech Republic, the European Union, and internationally.

3. Contractual Relationship

  • A transport or logistics contract is concluded once the Company confirms the order in writing (email, system confirmation, or signed agreement).
  • All agreements are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • The Customer acknowledges that the Company acts as a carrier and/or freight forwarder, depending on the nature of the agreed service.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Prices are agreed individually per order, based on distance, load, weight, and specific requirements.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
  • In case of late payment, statutory interest and administrative fees may be applied.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipment (weight, dimensions, content, and special handling requirements).
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Comply with all customs, legal, and safety requirements.

6. Liability

  • The Company’s liability as a carrier is governed by the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), applicable EU regulations, and Czech law.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs delays, or inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
  • Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing immediately upon delivery, and no later than the statutory deadlines.

7. Insurance

The Company maintains statutory carrier’s liability insurance. Additional cargo insurance may be arranged upon request and at the Customer’s expense.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • The Company processes personal and business data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Czech legislation.
  • Data are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the competent court in the Czech Republic, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Final Provisions

  • The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on www.bbsped.cz.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
